A lovely woman from Latvia called Dace (an organic farmer in Surrey, U.K.) introduced me to these two delightful fellows who run a sustainable clothing company with organically grown cotton. Apparently and shockingly, most of the cotton grown in India today is genetically modified! I chose two fabrics and got two lovely simple tunics made aswell as my treasure OM bag. Such a pleasure to do business with them. Asparagus Clothing, South Cliff, Varkala – pay them a visit if you want real craftsmanship. You can bring something you want them to copy.
